Aside from learning vocabulary and structures it is important for students to learn values and good social skills to achieve effective and clear communication. Give students plenty of opportunities to practice using English in a variety of situations and encourage them to continue working outside the classroom. Effective learning only comes through lots of practice. Make your lessons fun and interesting. An involved class is a motivated class.
